Workout Schedule:
Today was a Blogilates day! :) I started off today with 10 minutes cardio on my bike at alternating medium/high intensity and then the Drive By Inner Thigh Challenge, Call Me Maybe/Gangnam Style Squat Challenge, and the Bikini Blaster: Awesomesauce Arms. I’m planning on doing the Muffintopless Bikini Blaster later and maybe 10 more minutes on the bike, if I get the time :)
